Tailored Training Plan
Completely customised online Training program. No program I make is the same, each programme will be completely bespoke based on your current goal, situation, and equipment available to you.
Bespoke Nutrition Plan
Nutrition is the same. At SPT systems we don’t just give you a chicken, rice, and broccoli 4-5 times a day because that’s awful, I don’t know about yourself but back in my early gym bro days, I used to eat that all the time, and I can’t even look at a baked chicken breast anymore! That’s why I will get you to fill out my consultation form so I can identify your current eating habits and your favourite foods and make adjustments to help both enjoy and stick to the diet plan because if the eating foods you enjoy it does not even feel like a diet!
This now also includes a healthy recipe PDF including vegetation options! This gives you some other options to choose from with a flexible diet approach! A popular recipe is my cheeseburger bowl as this gives you the same textures as a Mcdonald’s cheeseburger but a healthier alternative and is a great way to eliminate cravings!
This will include a complete shopping list & supplement recommendations!
Another edition to the plan is your completely tailored Mobility plan. Mobility is something I and a lot of us have slacked on in the past but is extremely important in injury prevention, Muscle soreness, and overall joint health. Do you know those few days after a heavy leg session when your walking like you’ve sh*t yourself? Your Bespoke Mobility plan will especially help you so that you can walk around pain-free and not let training affect your day-to-day life negatively!
Private Facebook group
You will also have access to a private facebook group where you will be amongst other SPT systems clients on similar journey’s to yourself and also have the chance to win various prizes with competitions I set!
Weekly video Check-ins are also an important part of coaching. This is where we identify any problems you have faced with either your Training, Nutrition, or Mobility in the week so that we can ensure you’re making progress every, single, week! Adjustments on plans will be changed as and when needed.
24/7 WhatsApp support including detailed voice notes and phone calls to answer any questions as to why, I have you doing a particular exercise and how it benefits you, communication is a massive part of getting into shape and I’m there every step of the way!
